Work-Life
Balance
Key
to copy writing success
A tip: keep your family happy. Success
happens in a relatively quiet (read, contented) place.
I read this somewhere, and I would have
to concur, that if you want to succeed in life, ensure that you have a happy
personal life as well. Why else would you be spending a sizable chunk of your
life at work, if you had no one to share it with?
Share your successes with your loved
ones. They may be too young to understand or they may not quite ‘get’ why you
are so ecstatic about it, but they will remember it for life as something you
thought was important enough to share…
And here is the thing: hunger for
success should not consume you: who are you doing it for anyway, if they are
not in the loop?
Would they appreciate what you are doing
if you have no time for them?
And finally, what would you have them
say when you die? A successful worker but a lousy parent?
Think about it. Take your time. It will
worth it.
